Turnkey Job
We handle the whole project, from site walk and fixture selection to installation and cleanup. One contact and one invoice, and the lights are done when we leave.
Material Only
You buy the lamps, fixtures and parts from us, and your own electrician or crew installs them. We still help you pick the right products and quantities.
How We Help
Energy Audits
We walk your building, count every fixture, and show what an LED upgrade would save on your power bill. You get a simple report with costs, savings and payback.
Duke Energy Rebates
Many LED upgrades qualify for Duke Energy rebates that lower your upfront cost. We find the qualifying products and help you with the paperwork.
Warranty on Labor
We provide a one-year warranty on labor when State Line Lighting performs the labor. If something we installed fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it.
Typical Product Warranty
The typical product warranty is five years, though some manufacturers offer ten years on certain products. We'll tell you the exact coverage before you buy.
Return on Investment (ROI)
ROI is how fast an upgrade pays for itself through lower energy and maintenance costs. Many LED projects pay for themselves in one to three years, and sooner with rebates.
On-Site New Product Training
Manufacturer reps train your crew on new products so they know what to spec and how to install before a project starts.
